No plot option??

I purchased a used summa cutter, mimaki jv3 and the operating computer. Im trying to just plot from Photoprint 5 to my summa plotter. I cant even find the "plot" tool bar? Ive searcehed all the tool bars and there isnt one. Yet in the manual it shows it. What am i missing?

Did they have a stand alone plotting app in there somewhere? I think contour cut is your only option!

PhotoPrint is really just a RIP to run the printer. DX, Server and Server PRO levels of PhotoPrint can run a cutter for contour cutting but I don't think that you can actually run a cutter for regular vinyl cutting with it.

I'm sure it would be a PITA, but couldn't the OP get around this by making everything a contour cut?

I think in theory , yes

Photoprint cant cut...only print and cut. Even if you managed to fool the plotter you would still need the registration marks for it to operate.
