Object cuttin sequnce?

I have file that has approx 300 circles on it to print and cut, the designer has set it up by copy and pastes the circles. Is there a way to go in and make it start at 1 end and cut each circle without transversing all around to cut them all?

It should cut the back objects last. Select each one in the order you want to cut and arrange it to the back, then go to the next one...until you do them all
I cut industrial stencils and do it this way, when I first got the file it cut one here and one there, now it cuts them in order and saves lots of time.

Typically paths get processed in stacking order or by the order in which they were drawn. Most cnc equipment will give you different options for "sorting" your vectors.
