Onyx CutServer Alignment

I am Running Onyx X10, Printing on Mimaki JV3-250SP, and cutting on a Gerber Odyssey. When doing a print-to-cut, it almost never cuts correctly. The the top right (start) and bottom left (end) will almost always be perfect, but in between either the Y-axis or the X-axis will drift (usually Y, but never both). I can stop, reset and restart as many times as I want, but it will always give me the same result with that cut file.

I calibrate the cutter every day, and all other basic cuts done on the plotter turn out just fine.

Any ideas? Any way to test any theories?

i occasionally have that issue with large prints, and I still haven't found the perfect solution. Always bleed your outlines, align as best you can before scanning marks, and pray to god that you don't have to reprint.

hopefully someone has a simple solution for me as well.
I run a Mimaki Jv3-160 and cut on a Mimaki CG130FX.
