ONYX Thrive21 profiles problem

Hi all,
It is the first time for me to do profiling and I have a problem with that. I have Mimaki JFX500. I made profile 600x900 and I have horizontal lines which I don't have when I use Rasterlink 600x900 VD. I don't know what "VD" or "ND" means? I don't know what I must change to avoid this problem.

i dont know what VD or ND means either. I would assume VD Variable Dot. but probabl wrong.

do you have the right driver installed in onyx?
have you tried a different print resolution?

VD is variable dot and ND is normal dot, i.e., fixed dot, one size dot for everything.
