Open hood SALE signs

Has any one made any Open hood SALE signs as show below?

Are these made of Coroplas (thickness)?

What size is typical (W and H)?

I was at my local car dealer today, and they asked me to make some, I have never made any before.

2mm Coroplast or even .040 - .060 polycarbonate would work

I would do that for free

They look like 2x3 or 4 oh coro's you can probably find them on the inter web shipped to your door for 77 cents a piece

We do this free all the time for schmoozing golden clients.

If it is more than a few stickers we refer them to the one of many sticker/print mills that are out here.

We make quite a few. We make them 2x3, 4mm Coro. Flutes just need to go vertically so it doesn't get the crease it it, then won't stay in place well.

I did some Google research and find the JUMBO size is 30" x 42" (see photo below), do you ever make the Jumbo's, and if you do what thickness Coro do you use?

I've never had anyone ask for larger ones. I think the same 4mm would work just fine though. I would imagine it also depends on the type of vehicle they are going in as to which you would need. They just sit on like the radiator area, and by the hook for the hood latch on the hood. The idea is to have them bend some to keep in place. So I would think larger vehicles would use the jumbo ones then especially if the hood opening is larger. We have just never ran across people asking for larger ones. Possibly could be that if the ones we make don't fit tight enough, they just use another vehicle. Sorry I couldn't be more help on those jumbo ones
