Oracal 3691

Has anyone used this? I am looking to replace the current removable-adhesive vinyl we use. We will be mostly printing short-term decals on this--bumper stickers, etc. But I would also like to use it for paint mask vinyl. Any pros/cons?

After further research, I'm leaning towards the Oracal 3621 which is basically half price of the 3691. Anyone using either of these products?

I read another post that said that the 3621 has a pretty aggresive adhesive. I need a product that is relatively low-tack.
