Heck, I can't even figure out how to fold an paper airplane. So, what you've got is like origami to me ...with polycarbonate. Very impressive!

thanks this is our first run at this. never could do it complete before but with the roland UV(white & gloss) and XR (metallic) we can do some crazy stuff now.

What kind of system are you using to layout and to cut the plastic?

CNC I asume but would like details about the system and what not.

they are cut on a clam shell die press with a heated platen and a steel rule die.
