Outlook keeps sending emails

So I created a new account in Microsoft Outlook for myself at the company I work at and now when I hit send it keeps sending emails at 1 minute intervals. I made sure that antivirus wasn't messing with the software and also extended the server timeout function but it kees doing it and sending a previous employees email too. Strange, I've looked in all the settings I can think of and I also get an error message but it doesn't show anything in the errors. The shop computer I'm using has microsoft outlook 2006 on it. Tried looking it up on the web but haven't come across any advice that has helped so far.

Hopefully, it's not sending out your porn sites you frequent..........

Delete ALL the old messages in ALL folders.
