Painted Mural vs. Vinyl Installation

Hello,
We are getting ready to do a number of installations for a new business opening up. Most involve vinyl lettering on various walls and substrates attached to the walls. One involves some very large block lettering to be installed to a finished, smooth concrete wall (see picture). My question is do we really want vinyl on the wall.

The concrete is smooth enough that regular HP vinyl should stick no problem, but I would lead towards the vinyl that is designed to be installed to concrete walls just to be safe. However, my gut tells me the proper way to do this (and ultimately the best looking option) would be to paint it. It would be white, block lettering about 6' tall on three sections of the wall. Any opinions on how you would do it? I would think setting up scaffolding and spending a day or two with some paint may not be too bad.

The baseline of the lettering would be on the line where the paint stops on the far wall in the picture.

Any input appreciated.

I would be concerned about regular cast vinyl on unfinished concrete, I would definately consider one of the vinyls designed for that application if you go the vinyl route.
Painting would be a good way to go, but I think will require two coats, a primer/sealer coat then a finish coat.

With the desired lettering just being white, I wonder if one coat of white sealer/primer would do it? I am not at all trying to cut corners, but the look/feel of this place is supposed to be a little unfinished.
