I am thinking of replacing my old swingarm paper cutter with a 'stack'
cutter like the one in the pict. I cut decals into long strips with a razor
knife and stack them and cut into individuals. It looks like it might be
hard to line up the cuts as the blade is enclosed. Anyone have one?
