In the Photoshop preferences panel under general. Click on "zoom with scroll wheel"

Or shuld ia be sayn chk da prefs dude + clik da zoom wheelie button?

Depending on the version of P'shop, try Ctrl-alt-wheel mouse or ctrl-shift-wheelmouse.
