PVC pipe and wipe the writing off with some acetone

Thin wall PVC pipe. Yellow paint. White reflective vinyl. Zip-tie to u-channel.

You could buy yellow bollard sleeves and cut the tops off. Or buy yellow MDPE pipe meant for gas lines.

Well managed to find these from Stinson Canada. And they're cheap enough that we don't have to paint a PVC pipe. Still have to get a roll of reflective tape to stick on top though.
