One of my largest clients uses several “fractional“ managers (do I ever make fun of that designation.)
their fractional remote HR consultant invoices $1100/ day

the fractional remote CFO bills approx 50% more

The IRS fined the hell outof another client.
they had a dispute about how you tell the difference between a “consultant” or a “gig worker”

In the simplest*terms if you tell them what time the “job” starts & ends, it is a JOB with all the restrictions
that implies. Not a consultant.

You're based in the US but post in Philippine Pesos?

This position is going to cost you $75k -$100k + American dollars a year. Kids can make more in fast food in a year. not judging, just trying to help.

I will say, the stuff I've received out of the Philippines is crazy as far as quality goes. We got a set of letters for a monument sign that had logo elements as small as 1" square, 2" deep, welded and illuminated. The smaller letters aren't serviceable, but holy cow are they nice.
Of course this pay rate is laughable.
