I have recently purchased a HP designjet 5100 . earlier i was using HP 5500.
I was told by the company executives that it is same as 5500 only the print cost of HP 5100 is lower. but now i am facing a problem as the print quality of this 5100 is very low in comparison to 5500. and the company is saying that to increase the quality i have to purchase a 3rd party software which comes along with a dongle which rips the file and does the colour matching.
now what can i do is there any software through which the quality of print can be increased. without purchasing that 3rd party software.
