Please HELP

Somehow my VS 300i printer, either got turned off or something with the head uncovered for 3 or 4 days. It always keeps so I'm assuming one of my employees got tired of hearing it and switched off the power, but did not check and see if there was a reason for the beeping.
Anyways went to print and it was terrible. Done several cleans even a powerful cleaning and it didn't help. Am I screwed or can the head be saved? THIS PIC is the latest test print.

Manual cleaning steps

1. Turn off the printer and press Power + Cleaning buttons simultaneously to enter the maintenance menu.
2. Select the cleaning option from the menu by pressing the Enter button.
3. Remove the maintenance cover on the left side of the printer.
4. Move the head carriage to an accessible position using the control panel's arrow keys.
5. Clean the print heads by applying cleaning solution to a lint-free swab and gently wiping around the perimeter of the heads. Do not rub the nozzle area.
6. Clean the cap tops by adding a few drops of cleaning solution to the sponges and cleaning the edges with a swab.
7. Clean the wiper blades by using the down arrow to expose them and brushing off any ink residue with a solution-soaked swab.
8. Move the carriage back to the home position with the up arrow key.
9. Close the maintenance cover and the printer will perform an automatic cleaning cycle.
