Big thank you for all who has helped, i have a problem the printer is printig terrible its a vj-1304 and im using ergosoft my problem is this see picture
if i turn the heater on in rip it is just warming up but not printing

Does it print internal patterns?
Nozzle check, palette?

it does nozzle check

but it does not the palette and if i set the heaters to 45C it is hanging on warming up.

Does it give an error or just say warming or locks up?

Which version firmware?

no errors at all

no error code it is just warming up very long and hanging on warming up i check the firmware version tommorow but i think it is the latest which could be used with bulk inks. thanks frimware 1.03 i think

Do the heaters get hot?

If no, then could be heater issue or thermocouple issue.
Is heat uniform across the heaters, I believe that there are more than one thermocouple on the heaters, you could have a problem with one.

they go hot

they go hot but very slow but it is remaining on warming up

Probably because it thinks it is not up to the set temp.

Probably heater or thermocouple related.
