Speedometer/tachometer was the first thing I thought from the thunbnail.

You need to lower your bullets a bit.

Yeah, I thought the same thing! I was going for a style of thermometer which does look like the speedometer, but "speedy service" might come to customers mind when looking at it?

Some warm and cool gradients may convey temperature a bit better...

Plumber Logo Design Critique

Well, you have the climate control on track, but nowhere in the design is anything to indicate they offer plumbing services. Why not take the thermometer needle and replace it with a pipe wrench? It may work?

Is your client's name Jones or Jone? If it's Jones, then grammatically it should be Jones'
Couldn't make the icon/plumbing connection.
