It's simple enough but maybe bring it into modern times. Best to print the covers in color, laminate then foil sleek (instead of stamping). then print interiors, bind and round corner.

More specs would be helpful but I can give you the direction on how I would approach it. But need quantity and page count/specs for the inside.

These days, why would anyone bother printing their prices? The way the cost of everything is going up, it would be outdated as soon as it's printed.
