When i have problems with Max3 yellow, i ask the customer to change to Max2. If he gives the green light, i flush the ink lines, replace dampers and captop. Most of the time, this bring's back the yellow. If not, i backflush the yellow channels of the head. If this doesn't help, it's time for a new head.
