Printer in sleep mode gets stuck with wiper and stays on until someone hits enter.

I have had this issue in the past and a good cleaning of everything in the wiper area usually stops it from sitting idle until someone hits the enter button. Now I have cleaned everything heavy duty twice and it still happens. Not sure why, but wonder if it is best to just keep the printer on as it does not seem to happen when sitting idle waiting. BTW JV3 130 sp ll

You have to clean the metal tracks, where the wiper drive front and backward, they are at the top of wiper station.

Is there an error code on the screen at all when it is stuck?

no error code just a flashing hit enter. I have cleaned the tracks twice in the last 4 days.... I think it best to let it sit running in local overnight and clean again tomorrow.
