Printing advice needed

I need to print 2 signs on clear vinyl using my jv33, I need to install those 2 prints to some alupanel boards that are already covered with 3m reflective engineer grade prismmatic white.

my question is should I double hit the print to get a better result,( like doing a illuminated sign) or should I be fine with a single hit print.

I do not have enough 3m printable reflective in stock, so this is my only option.

any advice appreciated

would not a double hit make the lettering less reflective?

I have printed single pass on reflective with good results.
If you are not sure just print 2 small pieces of clear and apply to the board to see the end results.
