I got my SP-300 used in 2010 and never had this problem until a few weeks ago.
it LOOKS like the rollers aren't rolling the vinyl through the machine in a straight line, though that seems pretty unlikely.
somehow each successive pass from the printhead is dropping ink earlier than it should, and then changes its mind and starts printing later and later on each pass. it's not as pronounced close to the origin, but on the far side of the vinyl even the colors start separating from each other.
as you can imagine, the prints end up completely the wrong width, and then the cut line ends up in the wrong place compared to the print.
i've done all the alignments and options available to me but nothing fixes it. reset the machine to factory defaults and nothing about this problem changed at all.
so.... what the heck is going on?
