Printing out of Flexi 10 help

I'm using Flexi 10.5 to design and print from. I recently designed a race kart wrap using some fills from Aurora PrintCraft. I use the VIEW-COLOR-DEFINE PATTERN method of tiling the fills. However, I run into some trouble when trying to print the wrap. It looks great on the monitor, but when i print it, some on the fill tiles are missing.

I know that using fills make the design file very large. sometimes i have trouble even re-opening the file. I usually shrink them down to save.

Is there something I can do to prevent this? do i need to save my work in another format to print it? jpeg, ai, or something else? Right now, i'm priting right from flexi in flexi format.

The only thing I can suggest is learning Pgotoshop. It's so much better suited for printing large files like that.

Try rasterizing the tiled fill pattern at the intended resolution.

I have had to this before to get it to work. Convert to high res jpg at the correct size. then import in new flexi file and try to print that way. I have to do a lot of wraps like that...
