Printing problem - fuzzy near edges

I'm having a bit of a problem with a print on our Roland SC-545ex. It seems that wherever the black ink meets the red ink, the edge is fuzzy and produces a outline of an orange color. I've attached a couple of pics.

I've tired running on Oracal 3651 and 3951RA with the same problem, using the respective profiles downloaded from Oracal's website. Heat is set to around 41. I've tried the bi-directional adjustment, feed correction adjustment, env match and the test print looks great(Not one missing line). Whats weird is it only happens where the 2 colors intersect.

Any ideas on what to try next?

Wipe encoder strip with a clean micro-fiber cloth then try again. My Roland will "fuzz" the edges until I clean the fuzz of the encoder.
