Printing with fluorescent background

We do not do digital printing in house. We have a customer that wants some contour cut decals printed with a flurorescent green background, but I suppose there are some (ink)limitations to this(the supplier we use most said no go) but I have seen them so I no it can be done one way or the other. Who can do this?

One thing to remember, fluorescent vinyl has an outdoor life of about eight months. Obviously, screenprinting the color is not the same as fluorescent vinyl. Make sure your customer finds the screenprint color to be acceptable.
