Hello everyone
I have a problem that streaks appear in the blue color (as in the picture)
There is a new head
Attached nozzel chack normal
I would appreciate help with anyone encountered

That kind of stripes are usually defective or old media, or vacuum too high (the surface of media become weavy... Not plain). First try a paper media with no vacuum. If it keeps doing it, clean encoder and proceed to the bidir calibration (check manual)

Try cleaning the encoder strip. It could be many things but that's my first thing to check usually.

Hi :) Na, bad bidir calibrations looks different. Did u check vacuum and replacing media? If vacuum and replacing media doesnt help, try to use a lower printhead distance to the media.
