Problem with rs640

Have an roland rs640.

I have had problems with cyan head not firing. It was working fine up till a few weeks ago. I am also now having my yellow firing color on every part of the graphics. If i just run magenta yellow is running too.
Here are things i have done so far for the cyan.
1) changed the dampers.
2) pulled ink through dampers using a syringe through the lines.
3) made site capping station is free. Functioning and lined up.
4) took samples of and eas able to fire solvent through the head using syringe.

I am totally lost now.
If anyone can help let me know.

hve you changed the felt pads in capping station?
make sure drain lines are clear? run a thin wire through them

do a good soak of the heads?

i was surprised how much better draw through heads we had after changing felt pads

Sounds like your head cables arent seated correctly or are bad.
