Problems with DP and DK spot colors with latest VersaWorks?

Is anyone else experiencing problems with some of the deep and dark spot colors- not all of them- the pr and st colors are good. I have been
going around with Roland tech for 5 weeks and they seem to have given up. Thanks Gene
