I am having a big problem. I have a Mutoh Outdoor Jr and Graphtec 7000-100. I have run output compensation. Even with the compensation turned on or off my contour cuts are off. They are never the same amount off either. I have tried all I know to try. I thought maybe you guys would have some ideas.

How long have you had the 7000-100? When did the problem start? Is the problem consistent with all media?

Call Graphtec technical support. They are very responsive.

Can you supply us with a little more detail about the job? One long print/cut job or a bunch of 6" decals?? Is the print laminated? What materials being used? Blade type and setting on the Graphtec?

I have seen many times where the blade may not be extended out of the blade holder enough... will cause the nose of the blade holder to contact the media and influence the feed of the material. Just one idea.

What speed is your Graphtec set to?
