How many do you need? We have contour cut PVC up to 6mm right on FireSprint.com

We can quote 1/2" PVC if you need more than just a sheet or two.

Is there any real reason you can't cut a 30" x 30" piece of PVC ?? It cuts like butter. Or, you could make a template and run a hand held router around it. At 1/2", if you use a simple jig saw, it won't walk on ya. Why not give it a try ??
