having an odd issue with the cleaning tray on my printer rising and lowering.
1. have changed out the "wiper control board" with a spare that i had. same behavior remains.
2. when i manually turn the gear so that it raises and then do a cleaning cycle, the bottom gear on the motor bumps a tiny bit in an attempt to raise the tray, the vacuum turns on, THEN strangely the motor WORKS unwinding, returning to its park position.
3. this motor is rare. one single site shows it for $307! looks like a $5 motor. and looks to be very difficult to remove.
