Recovering a possibly corrupt flexisign file

Hi all - I use the latest version of Flexi and I somehow seem to have ended up with one of my files not opening up in Flexi. While its trying to open, a dialog box appears and says the bitmap could not be found etc. I tried to get help from Flexi tech support but no luck. Would anyone pleeeeze be able to help? I have some important stuff in that file that I need.

it couldn't hurt to try to open it in production manager,
PM doesn't check for font licensing, etc

a very good friend send me files from her brother in law who is a "important designer, with a big company" to hear her tell it.

i am not sure what his job actually is but AT BEST i can sometimes open the garbage he sends me in PM. i have never seen one of his files open in flexi designer program

Do you still have the bitmap? should be in the job / file folder.....

i think it was solventinkjet who showed me how to open files in production manager.
flexi & production manager are 2 different programs bundled as one product
