Does anyone know where I can order a reflective or glow in the dark banner? Any suppliers?

Nikkalite might have reflective banner, the do reflective vinyls and might have a source for you.

are you looking for full reflective or just sectional?
If sectional, produce the banner as normal and then place refective as needed

I got some from Advantage before they were bought out, but I don't think Grimco carries it.
