Question rigid substrate, 8 feet wide

trying to help out an old friend & good client

we need to find (if it exists) a source for a plastic substrate, sintra in a perfect world, that comes 8 ft wide.
we need to end up with a 90" square with no seams (for structural integrity).

acrylic is a little out of our price range for this project.

a good friend found me a source for acrylic already

our need is for about 80 sheets.
