Roland cutter SUDDENLY began printing “lines” across material when printing a job.
We only buy our ink from Roland.
Cannot get any support from Roland to troubleshoot!

Can any of you shed light on what might be going on?

Try printing unidirectional and see if the banding (if that is what it is ) goes away. May be time for a service.

TROUBLE is ... there is no SERVICE SUPPORT..... not from Roland.. or from the dealer we bought from.

I don't think the trouble is the manufacturer or the dealer.

Can you post pictures of the issue you're having, along with a nozzle check / test print?

Age/history/use of the unit?
