don't waste your time googling.
first register the machine with roland, (i have done this with all our used machines) online
once you have done this, call the main number for roland support
they will either direct you to the area of the site for software download, or they will allow you to purchase "media replacement" for something like $7.50 - $12 you generally get it in 2-3 days. (they are in connecticut,
