roland history and error report question

I am looking to buy a roland xc 540 from someone and asked them to show me the shot head count, history report and error report. He is unsure how to find this. Can someone help me direct him to where he can go to find this information.

I think this would be in the service menu and if so you would need a key sequence to type in to get to that menu. You might find it in the search. I don't know it off hand.

This zip file contains the CoPeck utility. The CoPeck utility can be used to get reports from a printer to be sent to a service center for diagnostic purposes. Users manual is included in the zip file.

Save the output and email back to me. I can open it and save it in a format you can access.
