Roland LEJ-640 Colors Misaligned

WI

New Member
So I've got this irritating magenta edge on the right side of most everything I print (this picture is rotated 90^ counterclockwise, BTW). Obviously, the magenta is somehow out of alignment.

Just to cover the bases, I've done a simple Bi-Dir adjustment (looked fine), a detailed Bi-Dir (also looked fine), I've adjusted the feed (guess what? Fine), checked the same file on unidirectional instead of bi-directional, AND tested the printer with a different file, and this misalignment is still there.

What's the deal?

You may need to calibrate your print head physically. Then re-calibrate with software. Call a tech if you don't know how to do this.
