Roland Printer overseas?

we are upgrading our printer to a Roland Printer/Plotter and through the power of the internet we came across;

They have machines listed at unheard of prices. has anyone done business with them or know of someone who has?

They are evasive on the answers and its looking like a scam, but wanting to double check my gut feeling

Those sites pop up all the time....just because they are half a world away doesn't mean that Roland gives their product away.
