Roland SP540V Not Printing Straight

Hi all, I rarely have a problem with my SP540V but just now it has suddenly started veering off to one side right at the end of a print. It has done it once before and came good, I don't think I did anything to fix it. Anybody know what's going on here?

PS. Right at the end it printed off the edge of the vinyl onto the printer. The vinyl was going through dead straight so that's not an issue.

Clean the encoder strip with alcohol, not the cleaning solution for the printer. We had the same issue and now monthly clean the strip with lint free soft paper towels soaked with alcohol. You can also flip it over and get more time from it as your only using the half exposed. eventually it will need to be replaced. We did clean ours with the cleaning solution and wiped it out.
Hope it helps.
