Roland TruVis VG2-540 magenta head off?

I was gone over the weekend and my vg2-540 ran out of the cleaning cartridge, now my magenta head seems to be off, would that have caused that? What do I need to do to fix it?

Do your bidirectional alignment in the user menu. Strangely, Roland is now calling it Media Gap Adjustment. WTF? Do the detail setting one.

I have had several printers were the cleaning cartridge has run out and therefore causing the wiper not to be wet which has caused head issues. Really need to see the nozzle test print and of course the service level nozzle test print which would really show the issue if you have them with a head.
please follow Jim‘s advice or just print in unidirectional and see if the problem goes away. If the problem goes away when printing in unidirectional, then you know you need to form the M gap adjustment.

That is actually a Nozzle Mask test but it looks ok.
The regular Nozzle Test would be nice to see.
Did printing in unidirectional solve the issue?
