Roland VP-540 test print Yellow missing a lot after changing cartridge

Hello, Changed out the yellow cartridge and it started missing a bunch of the yellow? It is a Roland VP-540. done several cleans and also manual cleans

do a good soak for 2 or 3 hours. take hemostats from drug store and pinch off the line from yellow captop to pump. fill captop to the top with cleaning fluid
do a test print
if no good,
with a syringe, pull ink through the yellow captop
try to print again

If this only happened after a cartridge was changed, could be a bad one, might be worth trying a new cartridge if the head soak and syringe pull doesn't work.
