Cyan going everywhere , test print is good with all colors .

I've been trying to do as test print to show you , but somehow today I only have 4 channels working . I have 2 colors completely missing now . I did pull ink through the cap top and still only 4 out of the 6 colors . Yesturday I had all 6 and test print was great .
