Roll-to-roll Printer with 98" or 100" width

I was checking to see if anyone has experience or knowledge about where I can find an used or a new reasonably priced but a reliable printer. Thank you in advance.

What applications do you want to do and what is your budget?

Most of the time it will be for printing banners and occasionally vinyl as well. I am open to any brands. Of course I would prefer a reliable brand with cheaper ink. My budget is about $40,000. Thank you for your question as my post was not really detailed.
