Rounded corners on magnets

Is there a good way to cut rounded corners in magnet material without buying a Lasso corner rounder. $180 is not a bad investment but I need to make these right away.

Thanks

Do you have a vinyl cutter? They cut magnet pretty easily

You could use a router if you make a jig. Easiest way is a corner rounder.. but you're pretty much out of luck without one of the above, unless you try to freehand it.

Lay a quarter on each corner. Trace it with a water pencil. Go to your junk drawer and pull out a scissors. Proceed to cut your corners with the scissors. A minute later, you can return your scissors to the junk drawer.

I trust, you know how to hold and use a scissors.

For future use. We got our Lasso rounder at a pawn shop or thrift store for $3. They didn't know what it was. Lol. Keep an eye out for stuff like that.

These come pretty handy, I do up to .080 aluminum, It will probably take me 10 years to payoff but at least I have rounded corners when I need them.
