We are running a Gerber Sabre 4080 CNC router .
I have a client requesting machined lettering in a brushed gold, copper and brushed aluminum. Im thinking of using a Alumicore product made in china however Im told its not rated for outdoors.
I would like a material is has a brushed aluminum silver - plastic core and alum backing. I would them epoxy studs on the back.
Does anyone have any ideas? I would machine lettering 24 inches in height for outdoor install on a brick wall.
