Did you try Plotter Doctor?

Gerber no longer supports the Odyssey, so if the Plotter doctor doesn't have them I wouldn't know where to send you. It wasn't an extremely popular plotter, so I doubt there's any third party wheels unless they used wheels that are compatible with other plotters.

Summa wheels should be available from any Summa dealer.

We used to have a company that would "rebuild " your rollers. (Put new rubber on the spool)
I will see if they still exist.
