Scaling in Fpro 7.6v2?

OK- I import several pict from a customer and need to scale them-
first one I draw a box on a pict that I want to scale and do the old alt>K
to get to the correct Design Central context screen and select > apply scale
to all- and bingo... all the picts are scaled... wrong except for the original
one. Is there a work around for this- I now draw another box with the dimensions of the next pict and mess the pict to get it to the right size.
This is easily done in Fpro 5.7 but I am trying to wean myself to the newer
version. Thanks Gene

What I do may be kind of BassAckwards but it works. I do the box like you said, but in the dialog box for percentage, I just ctrl-c the number. Then, I select all & ctrl-v the percentage into the box & click the check mark. Bingo.

Thanks for the reply Myron- but I can't figure out what you mean. I only
have that one brain cell left and it gets overloaded :toasting: I'm afraid.
I would love for this to work- ass forward or backward! Could you break it
down a little better for me? Thanks Gene

Ok let's see if I can get this out of my brain in an understandable manner!

Draw your box.
ctrl-k
input the size you want the box to be(in the nominal "size" box)
hit 'tab' -- that changes the rest of the boxes but doesn't take effect until you click the check mark
select the value in the 'percentage' box & ctrl-c to copy
click the 'X'
then, select everything you want to resize.
ctrl-k again
highlight the 'percentage' box & ctrl-v to paste in what you copied earlier
click the check mark & that should resize everything

If I understand what you are trying to do correctly, this should do it!
