Scuff marks on ClearFocus perforated prints

my Felt squeegee somehow made scuff marks in the direction of my application, looks odd and was curious if anyone has ever encountered this with laminated ClearFocus or other similar perforated projects.

tempted to go over the top with a spray laminate or clear matte paint to give it a cleaner finish, but was curious if an overlaminate will accept any sort of a spray finish?

If they're not actual physical scuffs, but marks from the squeegee where pressure was applied - these will go away in a few days in the sun. If they are actual marks, I would avoid any kind of coating as I would think it would affect the optical clarity?
