Seeking help with our new Boss Laser and Tumblers settings

Was hoping to talk to someone about getting better quality engraving from our boss laser on tumblers...well everything honestly. We have an epilog that engraves flawlessly and are just struggling to get the Boss dialed in. this is the quality we are seeing. Tumblers are from JDS. The edges are not very crisp.

Are you a running UV/Diode, CO2 or fiber laser? Boss Laser has all sorts of lasers, so model info will help a ton in knowing what/where to look.

Did a technician do an alignment after it was shipped? Looks like the focus might be less than ideal, and even the best machines can drift quite a bit in shipping.

Well, to be honest the laser was just sent to us. No tech came on location

It's not horrifically out of focus, just needs a bit of tweaking is all.

So I assume you are referring to speed and power correct?

Actual physical lens/mirror alignments might be skewed.
